How do I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order when it has not yet been processed and invoiced.
To do so, you must contact our customer service department by email, indicating the order number in question.
If the payment has already been made and confirmed by our services, please also provide us the payment details, so that the amount paid can be returned.

Where can I find the official TIMESTEEL company data?
All our data, company name, address and tax number can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.

I want to contact customer service, how do I do it?
TIMESTEEL offers customer support service by email, using our contact form on the website.

Does TIMESTEEL have a physical store?
No, currently we do not have any physical store.

How do I find a product?
You can easily locate any product in our store by using the search box located at the top of the page or by using the filters menu available at the left side.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Every product available in the store is, by default, in stock. Some products can take some more time to be delivered if they need to be restocked.

It’s my first time on timesteel.pt, do I need to register?
You can buy without registering a TIMESTEEL account, however, if you do, your shipping information will be saved and all your future purchases will be easier.
In addition, as a regular customer, you will receive discount coupons, among other advantages.

How do I register?
To register your account, when you first purchase on TIMESTEEL and fill in the billing and shipping information, simply check the “Create an account” box and proceed with the purchase.

I forgot my password, what do I do?
You can recover your password by accessing “My Account” in the top menu and clicking on “Lost your password”. Enter the email address or username used in the registration, click on “Reset Password”, and follow the instructions sent to the same email address.

Is VAT included in the prices?
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Are the products new?
All products sold by TIMESTEEL are 100% new and original. We do not sell refurbished products.

What are the available payment methods?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
– Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

Will I receive an Invoice from the purchase?
Each order is shipped with its respective invoice.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can do so as long as your order is not yet in preparation.
Contact us by using the contact form available in the store with the order number in the subject line and with your new delivery address in the text.

What is the warranty period for the products?
All our products offer the manufacturer’s direct warranty of 2 years.

How long does it take to repair my item?
The repair time depends on the type of product, the repairing entity and the type of anomaly, however it should not take more than 30 days.
